Terms of use
These terms apply when you use this website or ask us for a quote. Offers, orders and deliveries are governed by the documents agreed with each customer.

1. Information on this website
Descriptions, dimensions and photographs are indicative and given in good faith. The binding specification is the one in the written offer or in the drawing agreed with you.
2. Quotes
A quote is valid for the period stated in it. Production starts only after written confirmation and, where agreed, an advance payment.
3. Prices and payment
Prices, currency and payment terms are stated in the offer. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable by bank transfer.
4. Delivery
Delivery time is confirmed with the order. Delivery terms (Incoterms) and the point at which risk passes are those stated in the offer.
5. Your drawings and your data
Drawings, models and samples you send remain your property. We use them only to produce the parts you ordered and we do not pass them to third parties. We are willing to sign a confidentiality agreement before you send sensitive files.
6. Warranty and liability
We are liable for our own work to the extent agreed in the offer. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for parts produced to drawings supplied with errors. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
7. Content of this website
The text, photographs and layout of this website belong to us. You may not republish them commercially without our written permission.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of North Macedonia, and the courts of North Macedonia have jurisdiction.
