1. What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive the name, company, email address, phone number, the service you selected and your message. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, browser, time of the request) for security and troubleshooting.
2. Why we use it
Only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if an order follows, to carry it out. The legal basis is the steps taken before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in operating this website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not sell data and we do not build profiles of visitors.
3. Who else is involved
We use Cloudflare for hosting and Resend for email delivery. Both act as processors on our instructions. If you choose to open the map, the map is loaded from Google and Google's own terms and privacy policy apply from that moment.
4. Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Our providers are established in the United States. Where personal data is transferred there, the transfer is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to answer it and to meet accounting and legal obligations, then deleted. Technical logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider.
6. Cookies and local storage
This website sets no cookies of its own. Your light or dark preference is stored in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device. The Google map is not loaded until you click it, so no Google cookie is set before that.
7. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict or stop processing it, and receive it in a portable format. Write to the address above and we answer within one month. You may also complain to the supervisory authority in North Macedonia or in the country where you live.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page is updated. The version published here is the one that applies.
